Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page is for residents of California and other US states whose privacy laws give them the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling. It explains what we do that those laws may treat as a sale or sharing, and how to opt out. It is part of our Privacy Policy at https://zymlabs.com/legal/privacy, and Section 10 of that Policy describes your other rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months.

We use advertising cookies on our marketing website. When you visit zymlabs.com and its marketing pages, advertising providers listed in our Cookie Policy may set cookies that measure whether our advertising led to your visit and that let us show you ads for our services on other sites. Some state laws treat this as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as "targeted advertising." The information involved is cookie and device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, pages viewed on our website, and inferences about interest in our services. We do not sell or share Customer Data. Information that our customers send to our services about their own customers and users is processed only on the customer's instructions and is never used for our advertising.

We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We do not engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

You can opt out in any of these ways. Each has the same effect, and you do not need to create an account or verify your identity.

1. Cookie settings. Turn off advertising cookies at https://zymlabs.com/legal/cookies. The change applies to the browser and device you are using. If you use another browser or device, or clear your cookies, make the choice again there.
2. Global Privacy Control. Enable the Global Privacy Control signal in a browser or extension that supports it. We treat the signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser and apply it automatically, without asking you to confirm. Information about enabling the signal is at https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
3. Email. Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." We will apply the opt-out to any personal information we can associate with the identifiers you give us and will confirm within 15 business days.

Opting out stops advertising cookies and any disclosure that state law treats as a sale or sharing. It does not stop strictly necessary cookies, and it does not stop analytics cookies unless you also turn those off in the cookie settings. It does not affect email or text messages that our customers send you through our services; to stop those, use the unsubscribe or STOP instructions in the message.

If you are a California resident, you may have an authorized agent submit an opt-out request for you by emailing [email protected]. We will ask the agent for written proof that you authorized the request.

We will not ask you to opt back in for at least twelve months. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you opted out.
