Where it sits in Argon
- EventsCollects what people do
- ProfilesKeeps one record per person
- JourneysDecides what happens next
Identity
Anonymous visitors become known people
Before sign-up, calls carry an anonymous ID. When identify arrives, Argon joins that history to the person, so nothing they did is lost.
- Email, user ID, anonymous ID and phone number
- Traits from your calls and your warehouse
- Events and messages on one timeline
Segments
Segments without SQL
Combine events, traits and other segments with plain rules. Membership updates as events arrive, and a journey can start the moment someone qualifies.
- Count and recency rules on any event
- Trait filters on any field you send or sync
- Use a segment to start, filter or exit a journey
From your warehouse
Bring traits in from Snowflake
Argon reads people and traits from your Snowflake tables on a schedule. Pick the columns to keep, and they appear on each profile.
- Segment on warehouse columns like plan or lifetime value
- Branch journeys on them, like any other trait
Build your first profile
