Can we use one suite without the others?

Yes. Each suite is priced on its own, so you pay only for the suites you use.

What counts as an Argon profile?

A profile is one person Argon can message: anyone with an email address, phone number or device token. People you’ve deleted or suppressed don’t count.

What happens if we go over our profile limit?

We never stop your messages. We’ll let you know, and you can move up a plan or pay [RATE] per [N] extra profiles that month.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. On Argon, upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

Do you charge for team members?

Not on Argon. Every Argon plan includes unlimited team members, with roles to control what each person can do.
